Official:Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by amending Chapter 11-600, entitled "Construction, Encroachments And Projections Over, On And Under Streets," by amending Section 11-608, entitled "Excavation and Construction In and Under the Sidewalks," by providing that areaway encroachments may extend into the street line as far as may be required by the applicable utility provider.
