Official:Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by amending Chapter 11-500, entitled "Paving," by creating Section 11-508, entitled "Private Development Projects," by providing that the Department of Streets may establish regulations to require certain private development projects to pave and mill the adjacent roadway, all under certain terms and conditions.
