Official:Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Bicycle Lanes," by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate a bicycle lane, in the eastbound direction, on Race Street from North 8th Street to North 5th Street, and to remove a travel lane, in the eastbound direction, on Race Street, from North 8th Street to North 6th Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
