Amending Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 170474-A), approved June 27, 2017, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing 1338 Inc., ("Owner") to install, own and maintain an open-air sidewalk café at 1338-40 South 10th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions," by removing language related to the automatic expiration of the Ordinance nine (9) months after the Owner has entered into the Agreement as required by the Ordinance. — Open Common Ground
