This bill amends an earlier ordinance that allowed the City to give a large tract of land and buildings near 5th and Huntingdon streets to either the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (RDA) or the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC). The city can now choose which entity to transfer the property to, and also extends the deadline for compliance with conditions from February 1, 1999, to June 30, 2001.
