Official:Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by adding provisions regulating the parking of motorcycles at metered parking spaces within certain portions of the area generally bounded by Front street, Pine street, Eleventh street and Bainbridge street, and by providing civil penalties for violations of such provisions to be imposed pursuant to Chapter 12-2800, entitled "Administrative Adjudication of Parking Violations," all under certain terms and conditions.
