Amending the Ordinance approved January 3, 1992 (Bill No. 1205-AA), which, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, designates the locations in Center City at which vending is permitted, by deleting all permitted vendor locations on both sides of Eleventh street and Twelfth street between Arch street and Chestnut street, all under certain terms and conditions.
