This bill amends the city's paid sick leave policy to establish a new type of leave called '2021 Public Health Emergency Leave' that provides time off for employees affected by public health emergencies. Employees must have worked for their employer for at least 90 days and spend most of their worktime in Philadelphia. The leave is compensated at the employee's regular rate of pay.
