Authorizing the transfer in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2020 from the Grants Revenue Fund, the Director of Finance - Provision for Other Grants to the General Fund, with the intent to support (1) the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s LandCare Program, through which city-based landscape contractors and community organizations clean, green and stabilize vacant lots, creating jobs for local residents and returning citizens; and (2) the vacant lot stabilization activities of the City’s Community Life Improvement Program (CLIP); all under certain terms and conditions.
