Amending Chapter 16-300 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Maintenance and Supervision,” by adding a new section requiring that all City buildings and facilities install and maintain life sustaining medical equipment including Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and advanced first aid kits; and requiring the installation of Automated External Defibrillators in connection with capital projects, all under certain terms and conditions.
