This bill allows the City of Philadelphia to enter into a contract with Johnson Controls Inc. to implement energy conservation measures at three City-owned buildings (the Philadelphia Museum of Art Main Building, Perelman Building, and Rodin Museum). The contract is designed to reduce energy consumption and operating costs. The City will pay for energy savings, not upfront costs.
