Official:Amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designation of Bicycle Lanes," by authorizing the Department of Streets to designate a bicycle lane, in the southbound direction, on 15th Street between Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue; and also regulating the direction of the movement of traffic on 15th Street between Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue, and establishing no-parking regulations on both sides of 15th Street from Carpenter Street to Washington Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
