Official:Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan Edgemont Street from Wheatsheaf Lane to a point approximately two-hundred sixty-eight feet southwestwardly therefrom and relocating portions of the right-of-way lines of The Delaware Expressway, between Wheatsheaf Lane and Butler Street, to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under certain terms and conditions.
