Official:Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by adding a new Section 9-634, entitled "Urban Experiential Displays," to provide for licensing and regulation of Urban Experiential Displays; and amending Chapter 10-400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Noise and Excessive Vibrations," to regulate the sound emanating from Urban Experiential Displays; all under certain terms and conditions.
