Official:Amending Title 4 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "The Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Code," by amending Subcode "A" (The Philadelphia Administrative Code), by authorizing the code official to gain access to enclosed and secured vacant lots for the purpose of abating violations, under certain terms and conditions.
