This bill updates rules for newsstands in Philadelphia, including requirements for licenses, locations, and designs. Newsstand owners must pay a $300 non-refundable application fee and an annual license fee of $300. The city will designate high-traffic pedestrian streets where newsstands must have at least 8 feet of footway space.
