Amending Chapter 15-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Parks and Playgrounds," by providing for an annual report containing details of any and all reported violations of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and violations of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania Unconsolidated Statutes, Section 780-113, which take place on the grounds of any Park or Playground, located in Philadelphia County.
