Official:Amending Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing," by eliminating the requirement that an illegally parked vehicle be ticketed prior to its towing from a private lot, private property, or driveway; and by requiring that the towing company photograph the violation for which such vehicle is being towed; all under certain terms and conditions.
