Official:Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly forty feet five inches (40' 5") wide portion of Race Street from Christopher Columbus Boulevard to Water Street and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for various utility purposes such as may be necessary within the lines of the portion of Race Street being stricken.
