Official:Amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Rodman Street, Juniper Street, South Street and Broad Street; and amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending various provisions exclusively with regard to the area bounded by Rodman Street, Juniper Street, South Street and Broad Street, in particular, Section 14-305, entitled "C-4" Commercial and "C-5" Commercial District, Section 14-1402, regarding Parking in Residential Districts, and Section 14-1607, regarding Special Controls for the Center City Commercial Area; all under certain terms and conditions.
