This bill amends parking regulations in two areas of Center City Philadelphia: one area bounded by Walnut Street, Twelfth Street, Thirteenth Street, and Sansom Street; and another area bounded by Seventh Street, Spruce Street, Twentieth Street, and Vine Street. In the first area, no parking spaces are required on a lot if the owner maintains an agreement with a nearby public parking lot to provide at least three spaces per ten families for rental. In the second area, the same rule applies but only for dwellings with 25 or more families.
