Official:Amending Section 10-1001 of The Philadelphia Code relating to fees charged by the Commissioner of Records by providing that certain fees imposed for the recording of deeds shall be waived with respect to a deed filed solely for the purpose of removing the name of a deceased spouse or life partner and re-titling the property in the name of the surviving spouse or life partner.
