Official:Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 146 and 271 by closing Manderson Street, from Delaware Avenue to Frankford Avenue, to vehicular traffic, placing on the City Plan a certain triangularly-shaped area bounded by Delaware Avenue, Frankford Avenue, and Manderson Street, relocating a portion of the westerly curbline of Frankford Avenue, north of Laurel Street, a variable distance westwardly, and relocating the southwesterly curbline of Laurel Street, from Delaware Avenue to Canal Street, a variable distance northeastwardly and authorizing the opening of the heretofore unopened portion of the intersection of Delaware Avenue, Laurel Street, and Frankford Avenue.
