Official:Authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia (the "City"), on behalf of the City, to enter into, execute, and deliver an agreement with the Philadelphia Housing Authority to broaden and make more efficient housing opportunities and related services administered by the Philadelphia Housing Authority and existing within the City; and specifically, which will make additional units of affordable housing available to City residents under certain terms and conditions.
