Amending Section 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Neighborhood Business Districts," by expanding the Oregon Avenue Business Corridor District to include both sides of Front Street from Oregon Avenue to Pattison Avenue, by authorizing an additional vending location within that district, and by making technical amendments; all under certain terms and conditions.
