This bill allows a business owner to build and maintain an open-air sidewalk cafe at their property on 10th Street near Carpenter Street in South Philadelphia. The cafe will have tables and chairs and can't block more than a certain amount of footway. The owner must get the necessary permits and agree to remove the cafe if the city asks.
