Official:Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 314 and 356 by placing on the City Plan an extension of Tinicum Boulevard from its existing terminus at Eighty-Sixth Street to Bartram Avenue, striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Tinicum Avenue from Eighty-Sixth Street northeastwardly to its terminus, striking from the City Plan and vacating Eighty-Sixth Street from Bartram Avenue to Tinicum Boulevard and from Tinicum Boulevard to Tinicum Avenue, and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for public utility purposes within a portion of Eighty-Sixth Street being stricken; and authorizing the opening of the extension of Tinicum Boulevard through City property; all under certain terms and conditions.
