Official:Amending Chapter 9-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Commercial Activities on Streets," by amending Section 9-211, entitled "Boxes for the Distribution of News and Printed Material," relating to the regulation of newspaper boxes on the public sidewalk, by including certain portions of Frankford and Torresdale avenues within the boundaries subject to the provisions of this Section, and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
