Official:Amending Section 12-1120 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Abandoned Vehicles," by providing that towing and storage fees, charged by authorized salvors for the towing and storage of abandoned vehicles, be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2406.1, under certain terms and conditions.
