Official:Authorizing the President of the Fairmount Park Commission, the Executive Director of Fairmount Park, and the Procurement Commissioner, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a Concession Agreement with Billy Casper Golf, LLC, under which Billy Casper Golf, LLC, would improve, operate, manage and maintain four 18-hole golf courses and one sports center under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, including Olde Course and Karakung Course at Cobb's Creek Golf Club, Franklin D. Roosevelt Golf Course, John D. Byrne Golf Course, and the City Line Sports Center; all under certain terms and conditions.
