Official:Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the southerly five feet wide portion of Chestnut Street between Thirty-Second Street and Thirty-Third Street, thereby reducing the width of said Chestnut Street from eighty feet to seventy-five feet, under certain terms and conditions.
