Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Streets," by adding a new Chapter providing for the regulation of portable on-demand storage units, by requiring permits prior to the placement of such units upon any street; limiting the time the units may remain upon the street; prohibiting the storage of certain items and materials inside the units; and providing for penalties, all under certain terms and conditions.
