Official:Amending Chapter 9-2900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Take-Out Sale Of Malt And Brewed Beverages," by creating the Malt and Brewed Beverage Hearing Board and revising the fee and procedures for the request for City approval of a permit to sell malt or brewed beverages for off-premises consumption, and amending Section 20-304 of The Philadelphia Code, to provide for the compensation of the Hearing Board; all under certain terms and conditions.
