Official:Amending Section 14-1624 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "North Delaware Avenue Special District Controls," by changing the district boundaries to the area generally bounded by the south street line of Spring Garden street on the south, the west bank of the Delaware River on the east, the north street line of Lehigh avenue on the north and the east street line of 5th street on the west.
