Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 356 and 378 by striking from the City Plan the Industrial Highway from the Philadelphia-Delaware County Line to Island Avenue, and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a certain right-of-way within the bed of the Industrial Highway for drainage purposes, water main purposes, gas main purposes and public utility purposes, if needed, under certain terms and conditions.
