Amending section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code by prohibiting vending on both sides of 12th Street, from Chancellor Street to Walnut Street and codifying an Ordinance (Bill No. 1205-AA) approved January 3, 1992, as amended, designating, pursuant to subsection 9-204(8)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, the blockfaces in Center City upon which sidewalk vendors shall be permitted, and the number of sidewalk vendor licenses that may be issued for each such blockface.
