Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting vending within an area bounded by 65th street, Eastwick avenue, Lindbergh boulevard, 70th street, Holstein avenue, Bartram avenue, 86th street, the city boundary and Elmwood avenue, on both sides.
