Official:Amending Section 9-204 of the Philadelphia Code relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City and Section 9-205 of the Philadelphia Code relating to Sidewalk Sales to permit farmers' markets on the south side of Walnut Street on the sidewalk abutting Rittenhouse Square, and providing that provisions shall expire after a specified period of time, all under certain terms and conditions.
