Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020716) approved January 23, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Wensley Street from the southeasterly line of the Delaware Expressway (I-95) more or less, to a point approximately one hundred eighty-three (183) feet southeastwardly therefrom, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
