Official:Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to exchange fee simple title to approximately 292 square feet of certain Fairmount Park land with the improvements thereon located Northeast of the Manayunk Canal and approximately 260 feet to the Northwest of Fountain Street, in consideration for fee simple title to a certain portion of a parcel of land with the improvements thereon located at 116 Fountain Street, which land, upon acquisition by the City, shall be under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, all under certain terms and conditions.
