Amending Section 9-206(10) of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Designated Neighborhood Business Districts" by adding a section (c) entitled "Germantown Corridor Business District" consisting of the area of Germantown Avenue extending south from York Street and North to Butler Street all under certain terms and conditions.
