Amending Title 11 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Streets," and Chapter 11-300 entitled "Board of Surveyors" by amending section 11-306, entitled "Schedule of Charges" by deleting all specified charges for surveyors and regulators and providing for the Streets Department to adopt fees by regulation; all under certain terms and conditions.
