Official:Amending Section PM-309.0 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Emergency Nuisance Abatement Program," by adding the Twenty-fifth, Thirty-first and Forty-fifth Wards to the designated area in which properties must be located in order to be eligible for participation in the emergency nuisance abatement program, and by making certain technical amendments, all under certain terms and conditions.
