Amending The Philadelphia Code to add various requirements and prohibitions relating to students living in "Educational Housing Districts," including amending Title 10 ("Regulation of Individual Conduct and Activity") to define "Educational Housing Districts" and to provide for parental, college and university, and landlord responsibility for students who engage in certain conduct prohibited under the Code; amending Title 9 ("Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions") to impose requirements on students and universities and colleges relating to student notification regarding the student — Open Common Ground
