Official:Granting permission to Global Crossing Local Services, Inc., its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, operate, replace, and remove a telecommunications system under certain public rights-of-way and City streets, and or to place such telecommunications system within existing duct facilities holding a legal grant pursuant to other City ordinances, and to lease telecommunications systems or portions of a telecommunications system holding a legal grant pursuant to other City ordinances; all under certain terms and conditions.
