Official:Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 970818) approved April 13, 1998, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan Parrish street from Ninth street to Twelfth street, Brown street from Tenth street to Twelfth street, Marvine street from Fairmount avenue to Brown street, Warnock street from Fairmount avenue to a dead-end turnaround north of Brown street and Reno place from Percy street westwardly to a dead-end turnaround, all under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the beds of the streets being placed on the City Plan by this Ordinance," by extending the time for compliance with the conditions stated therein.
