Official:Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by requiring any establishment that sells alcoholic beverages for consumption on or off the premises to install, maintain and use electronic equipment that scans identification cards and displays the age of the person as indicated on the card; all under certain terms and conditions.
