Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," by prohibiting sidewalk sales within the area bounded by Oregon avenue, Packer avenue, Seventh street and Twentieth street, and within the area bounded by Oregon avenue, I-95, Front street and Seventh street, all under certain terms and conditions.
