Official:Amending an Ordinance (Bill No. 494, approved June 2, 1993) adopted pursuant to the provisions of the "Municipalities Authorities Act of 1945," P.L. 382, as amended (the "Act") in order to add to the district to be served by the South Street/Headhouse District of Philadelphia ("The Authority") certain properties ("the proposed expansion") in the vicinity of but previously excluded from the district to be served by the Authority, and amending an Ordinance (Bill No. 970275, approved December 29, 1997) adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Act, in order to substitute and approve a plan and budget for a district that includes both the area previously served by the Authority and the area of the proposed expansion.
