Amending an Ordinance approved November 18, 1999, (Ordinance 990728), which authorized the Commissioner of the Public Property to convey to the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia certain premises located at 1823-1835 Callowhill street, and authorized the Commissioner of Public Property to enter into or to execute such other instruments as may be necessary or desirable to effectuate the provisions of this Ordinance, by extending the time frame for completion of certain terms and conditions in this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions.
